When you call us, a member of our client services team will ask you some questions to better understand your needs and you will be entered into our system as a Potential New Client. If you filled out a contact form online, we input your details into our system as a Potential New Client.

From there, our client services team will work with our attorneys to determine whether we have an attorney available whose experience aligns with your situation. Our goal is to connect you with the right advocate as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Next Step is scheduling a consultation*. We offer in-person consultations in our Portland and Vancouver offices, consults via video and also over the phone.
Following the consultation, both you and our firm will determine whether proceeding together is the appropriate next step, without any obligation or pressure.
